What timelines and fees should I expect once my claim has been submitted?

To expedite your redemption process, our team will provide you a single Stripe payment link that will include your redemption fee(s), shipping fee and any applicable US sales tax. The redemption fee per asset is $5.

For high-valued items, Beezie can provide white-glove service, please inquire during the claims for more information.

Delivery Time for Your Assets

The time it takes to receive your assets depends on several factors, including your location, shipping distance, and any customs processes that may apply. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Domestic Shipments: Deliveries within the US generally take 3-7 business days once payment is received and processing is complete.

  • International Shipments: Delivery times for international shipments can vary widely based on your location and customs procedures.

  • Priority Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please notify us to arrange priority delivery for an additional fee.

Once it's finalized and the shipment is underway, we will provide you with tracking details so you can monitor your asset’s journey.

  • Claim Processing: Once you’ve selected the assets you wish to claim from our vault, our support team will assist you throughout the claims process.

  • Shipping Quote: After identifying your claimed assets, we will provide a shipping quote based on the destination and whether it’s a domestic or international shipment.

  • Shipping Costs: The shipping cost includes insurance and signed delivery to ensure the secure and smooth delivery of your assets. Costs vary depending on the shipping location.

  • Global Shipping: Beezie, in partnership with Brinks, works with major shipping vendors to deliver your assets globally. We ship to over 150 countries, ensuring a reliable delivery experience wherever you are.
