Boxes & Keys are Flow’s way of rewarding users for engaging with Beezie.

What do I do with keys and boxes?

• 1 Key + 1 Box = 5 Reward Points

Why haven’t my rewards shown up yet?

• Check reward points here: https://store.flow.com/loyalty
• Points update twice a day, give it a little time after completing a mission

• If nothing shows up, Flow will apply a retroactive update. Don’t stress!

Can I trade Boxes, Keys, or Points?

Nope, they’re tied to your account and non-transferable.
