Step 1: Complete the Submission Form

Begin by filling out our Vault Request Form with essential details about your collectibles. This step is crucial for initiating your item's digital transformation.

Step 2: KYC and Additional Details

To ensure a secure platform environment, we will reach out to you after your initial submission to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This helps us verify your identity and maintain trust in the marketplace. Veriff, an industry standard, is our KYC provider.

Step 3: Shipping Made Simple

Once KYC is completed, we will provide you with a shipping label. Our packaging tutorial videos will guide you through the process of securing your items for safe transport. If you need any assistance, our support team is available to help.

Step 4: Confirmation of Receipt

Upon arrival at our vault, we will notify you, and the tokenization process will begin. After tokenization, your collectible will be airdropped directly to your registered wallet on the Beezie platform, where you can view it on your Profile page.

Passive Revenue

By tokenizing a collectible with Beezie, you become the original creator of that asset, as recorded on the blockchain. This designation initiates a 1% revenue share from every subsequent sale of the asset, creating a continuous stream of passive income. Note, once the physical collectible is claimed from the vault, the original creator will no longer receive a 1% commission on sales.

• Submission Form Requirement: Ensure the accompanying form is completed before sending your item to Beezie. Items received without this form will be returned to the sender.

• Shipping Issues: Beezie takes responsibility for your asset only once it arrives at our vault. Any issues such as damage or loss during shipping should be addressed with the shipping provider. We are not liable for incidents occurring before the item reaches us. If we have provided you a shipping label, we will assist in conversations with the shipping provider. We safeguard your collectibles from the moment they're in our care.

• Ungraded or Unsupported Assets: If we receive an ungraded trading card or an asset not supported by our platform, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Tokenization typically takes 7-14 business days after the item enters our vault. We are committed to ensuring a seamless experience and protecting your collectibles throughout the process.
