150TRE, Inc. (d/b/a “Beezie” hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "We") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website www.beezie.io (the "Platform") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. Note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process as a service provider on behalf of third parties (whether partners, resellers, affiliates, or similar), such as information about your access to, purchase from resellers, transfers to vault, or certain “know your customer” information required for regulatory compliance. This policy applies to information we collect:

· On the Platform.

· In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Platform.

· When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.

· Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Platform.

Children Under the Age of 16

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platform, including information:

· By which you may be personally identified, such as name and e-mail address ("personal information");

· That is about you but individually does not identify you, including for example, information about the cryptocurrency wallets you use to interact with the Platform and publicly available information about your cryptocurrency wallets on Blast, EVM, or other public blockchains;

· About non-fungible tokens (or “NFTs”), and the collectible, utility token, or digitally representative content you browse, sell, engage with, and or purchase via our Platform; and

· About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Platform, and usage details.

We may collect this information:

· Directly from you when you provide it to us.

· Automatically as you navigate through the site, including for analytics purposes. We may allow others to provide analytics services on our behalf across the web and in mobile apps. This information may be used by Beezie and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your online activity. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies. Examples of usage details may include (but shall not be considered exhaustive):

· NFTs you view;

· NFTs you purchase;

· NFTs you sell;

· NFTs you swap;

· NFTs you search for;

· NFTs you engage with;

· Platform pages you view;

· User profiles you view;

· User profiles you follow.

Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through our Platform may include:

· Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Platform. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Platform or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Platform.

· Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.

· Details of transactions you carry out through our Platform and of the fulfilment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Platform, and address or shipping information at the time of vaulting or un-vaulting an item purchased through our Platform.

· Your search queries on the Platform.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with our Platform, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

· Details of your visits to our Platform, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Platform.

· Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

· Information about cryptocurrency wallets you use to interact with the Platform and publicly available information about your cryptocurrency wallet(s).

The information we collect automatically does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Platform and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

· Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.

· Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Platform according to your individual interests.

· Speed up your searches.

· Recognize you when you return to our Platform.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

· Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. Pages of our the Platform and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or you provide to us.

We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may make inferences about your location based on your IP address.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

· We share personal information with affiliates, vendors, service providers, and consultants that need access to personal information in order to perform services for us and you as a consumer, such as resellers having offered items for sale to users of our Platform, companies that assist us with vaulting, “know your customer” obligations, web hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer service, marketing and advertising, and managing swap activities and processes on the Platform;

· If you post content in a public area of our Platform, this information will be visible to other users of our Platform;

· To our subsidiaries and affiliates;

· To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business;

· To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about our Platform users is among the assets transferred;

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

· Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

California residents may have additional personal information rights and choices.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Platform and visiting your account profile page.

Users Outside of the U.S.

If you are a user of the Platform who does not reside in the United States, by visiting the Platform and providing us with data, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be processed for the purposes identified in the privacy policy. In addition, your personal information may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country. By providing your personal information, you consent to such transfer.

Several countries, including those in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland have established data protection laws and regulations that place restrictions on the transfer of personal information across country borders. We are committed to complying with those laws and regulations.

We may not require organizations to which we disclose personal information in those countries to comply with similar privacy laws, and accordingly your personal information may not receive the same protections that it would under the laws where you are located. Where personal information in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland is being transferred to a recipient located in a country that has not been recognized by the relevant authorities as having an adequate level of data protection, Newco will transfer personal data in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant authorities.

When you use our Sites and provide personal information, you should do so in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations in your country.

Your Privacy Rights as a data subject protected by EEA/UK law or as a California Resident

If you are a person located in the EEA/UK or if you are a California resident, you may have broader rights to access and delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing of your personal information, to correct your personal information, or request portability of your personal information.

s Rectification: If you believe that any personal data, we are holding about you, is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct or supplement the data. You can also correct some of this information directly by logging into your account, if you are a customer. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any inaccuracy or incompleteness.

s Objection: You can let us know that you object to the collection or use of your personal data for certain purposes.

s Erasure: You can request that we erase some or all of your personal data from our systems. If you are a customer, you can also delete some of this information directly by logging into your account.

s Restriction of Processing: You can ask us to restrict further processing of your personal data. This means that you can ask us to stop using it for the purpose we have been using it. This may mean that we have to delete your account.

s Portability: You can ask for a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format. You can also request that we transmit the data to someone else where it’s technically possible.

s Withdrawal of Consent: If you have consented to our use of personal data for a specific purpose, you have the right to change your mind at any time. Any such decision will not affect any processing that has already occurred, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance of lawful processing grounds other than consent. Withdrawing your consent may mean your access to the Solutions will be limited or suspended, and your accounts may be terminated, as applicable. Where you withdraw your consent, but we are using your information because we or a third party (e.g., your employer) have a legitimate interest in doing so, or we have different legal basis for using your information (for example, fulfilling a contract with you), we may continue to process your information, subject to your rights to access and control your information.

s Right to File Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint about our practices with respect to your personal data with the supervisory authority of an EU Member State, or the California Attorney General.
